Surveys
From time-to-time we may request information from PMI Maine Chapter members via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Survey information will ONLY be used for the purposes of monitoring or improving the use of and satisfaction with this Web site and the chapter activities, and improving our services.
Chapter Event Registration
We use StarPay to gather information you provide about yourself when registering, only for fulfilling that registration. PMI MAINE CHAPTER DOES NOT SELL OR SHARE this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to fulfill the registration and to provide a record of your attendance in order to fulfill PDU requirements.

Chapter Communications
We use Zoho as our primary eMail Service Provider (ESP) to manage the email subscription information which complies with privacy laws and is CANN_SPAM compliant. If you do not wish to receive communications from us, you may opt-out from the email subscription service.

PMI MAINE is NOT responsible NOR liable for unlicensed images contained within speaker material, post-event. If you believe an image located within speaker material is unlicensed, the owner of this image MUST contact the speaker or speaker's entity to pursue any and all legal action. PMI MAINE will only post speaker material online that is contracted by speakers to be shared with PMI MAINE membership. Speakers and speaker entities assume all risk in image usage in speaker material.
