6:10 PM - 7:30 PM Pragmatic Agility with Kevin Callahan
Location: Husson University: 340 County Rd, Westbrook, ME 04092
Topic: Pragmatic Agility
Organizations of all types and sizes are seeking to become more adaptive and responsive in the face of growing change and uncertainty. An entire industry has grown around “Agile” including certifications, frameworks, training, consulting, books, and more. But, does buying into this trend translate into increased business agility?
Join enterprise agile coach Kevin Callahan for a conversation around pragmatic agility. Specific topics will include: defining success for increasing business agility, critical mindset shifts, organizational and systemic impediments, and more. The evening will not be a lecture from a set of slides, rather an unfolding exploration based on participant questions and agenda-less facilitation approaches.
Speaker: Kevin Callahan, Principal of Interaction Agility, Inc.
Kevin is a leader with over two decades’ experience achieving desired results in high-complexity. His work as a coach, trainer, facilitator, and consultant creates win-win benefits.
He excels at helping leaders, teams, and organizations facing highly complex situations make strategic and tactical decisions with better economic outcomes, less risk, and higher employee engagement.
