This session will provide an overview of the Business Analysis Practice Guide and the profession of business analysis. Topic included in this session:
James Reich has over 18 years of experience in the project management arena as a Business Analyst. Jim's certifications include in ICAgile, Business Value Analysis ICP-BA, PMP Project Management Professional and PMI Professional in Business Analysis PMI-PBA. He also served on the PMI Board for Sioux Empire PMI in South Dakota.
He is passionate about applying the methodologies of business analysis and project management not only at Maine Medical Center where he is currently working, but also in the business community both locally and internationally.
Jim is also a Project Management Consultant for Iglesia Evangelica Luterana de Colombia (IELCO) where he provides training and consulting for projects that improve quality of life in Colombia through project management.
