Teams over Projects: Bring the work to the team, not the team to the work: Learn why moving work to the teams, instead of bringing people to work is essential in today's fast-paced environment. We’ll discuss why project teams are not a good idea and the benefit of creating teams, and teams of teams, that are long-lived and dedicated to relentlessly improve their ability to deliver solutions.
Agile for Non-IT projects: Agile is a great fit for IT software projects. However, the tools and principles behind Agile fit well in other projects. This breakout will discuss how Agile can fit with non-IT projects.
Agility - Where Speed meets Strategy: Organizations deal with constant change, uncertainty, and instability everyday. Predictable project strategy can be caught unprepared for the unpredictable risk. Agility is an ongoing, dynamic process that adapts to today’s fast changing environment and the need to accelerate to market. Agility can provide incremental deliverables that a customer can use in the midst of the project.
