Personal Scheduling – A Roadmap for Getting Things Done in a World of Constant Change

We will review the elements of project scheduling as defined in the PMBOK.  We will then take a closer look at how those elements can be used in a daily personal scheduling routine.  The final portion of the webinar will be focused on group interaction and the sharing of ideas relating to the topic of daily scheduling and better execution of project work.

Chad is actively working as a project manager and constantly applies and improves upon the material he teaches.  He has been working on project teams for the past 25 years, functioning in the various roles such as design, engineer, project engineer and project manager.  Chad is a certified project management professional (PMP) with degrees in technical graphics & design, electronics, and engineering.  Chad lives in Maine and enjoys hiking, music and traveling with his wife and family.
