The Agile Kanban Board
with John Houser
Kanban boards have been used for centuries. In the last 20 years, Kanban has developed into an Agile method to help teams across the world manage their ever-changing workload. This session will review the basics of Kanban and how simple it is to use. We will look at some examples of real life usage. The simplicity of a Kanban is the appeal, and why it is so easy to adopt. With a small breakout group, teams will develop a Kanban of their own. We will also review where Kanban has helped in some real-life applications.
