Barbara O'Connor presents: The Paradox of Business Requirements in the Digital Context – Simplicity and Choice, Ambition and Attention to Detail, Thinking Big but starting Small. Sometimes its possible to document a business requirement in totality, high accuracy in advance of the work. Its possible, but it’s rare. We’re moving from documenting the known, to discovering multiple possible futures and this has shifted our Business Analyst focus from ensuring we are starting “right” to continuously realigning to shifting futures. This is a daunting task, and it requires us to have a tool kit to draw upon.
