BIO:
Patrick Quinn has over 20 years of experience on large scale ($50+ million), multiyear, multinational, federal, and state government projects (11 years with MAXIMUS, 7 years with State of Florida and 7 years with MaineHealth).
He possesses excellent communication skills, practices an analytical approach to problem solving, and is well-versed with all phases of the project lifecycle. He's also proficient in management of business teams and the execution of the project life cycle, in both waterfall and agile methodologies. He carries extensive experience with Project Management Offices, requirement processing, documentation creation, rollout assistance, test coordination, procurement assistance, and IV&V testing. He's responsible for 25+ Project Managers and the IT Project Management Office at MaineHealth.
