Professor Bilodeau is an entrepreneur who is an owner of two small businesses. He has taught courses in entrpreneurship, marketing, advertising, professional sellling, CRM, and product development. He also managed the USM Student Business Plan Competition, and was a senior advisor at the Center for Entrepreneurship.

The Design Thinking Process is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer's toolkit, to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success. The approach brings together what is desirable from a human point of view with what is technologically feasible and economically viable. It allows people who are not trained as designers to use creative tools to address a vast range of challenges.

We hope that you will join us for this interesting presentation. The PMI Maine Business Analysts Community (MEBAC) and PMI Maine.
