With two successful events under our belt, the MEBAC group (PMI Maine Business Analysts Community) is looking for new ways to innovate and grow!
The first event, held in November of last year, took our new group to Ri Ra's in downtown Portland. Our Keynote speaker, Northeastern U professor Martin Schedlbauer, gave us an engaging conversation about evolving requirements and stakeholder management. Folks didn't mind the catered food and libations either!
We just recently put on our 2nd event on February 28th at Unum. Barbara O'Connor, an Enterprise Agile Coach at Unum, dug into some of the most difficult and important components of Business Analysis using captivating (and hilarious) metaphors. Karmasouptra from Portland also had folks digging into some delicious soups!
We have three more events scheduled through the year (April, September, and November; dates TBD) and are looking for exciting topics around requirements management in this evolving era of project management.
