It’s time for annual elections for the 2019 PMI Maine Chapter Board of Directors. The ballot opens on Monday, November 26, 2018 and closes on Monday, December 10, 2018. All active PMI Maine Chapter members will receive an electronic ballot via email.

This year we have three Director at Large positions to be filled on the Board and three candidates that would like to fill those positions. EVERY VOTE COUNTS in order to fill each of the 3 positions.

In alphabetical order
Dawn Anderson is a Global Projects Audit Manager at TD Bank. Her experience includes managing and auditing projects and other corporate functions across a variety of industries. She is also a volunteer for a few non-profit organizations including the Institute of Internal Auditors. Dawn is interested in the Director at Large position with the PMI Maine Chapter as this is a unique role that requires involvement in many different Board activities. Through this opportunity, Dawn wants to enhance our Chapter's activities across Maine's footprint for all members.
Jason Poirier is currently a project manager in the Project Management Office at MEMIC, a super-regional workers compensation insurance company. Jason has been with MEMIC since April 2014. In addition to project manager, Jason has held other positions at MEMIC including; IT Project Coordinator and Claim Handler. Jason has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding positions such as sales & catering manager and assistant food & beverage director. He seamlessly brings together his time management and customer service skills from those roles into his project management tool kit.
Jason is eager to get involved in the PMI and serving on the PMI Maine Board of Directors specifically in the capacity of planning for chapter events. He is looking forward to future networking and learning opportunities. His education includes a BS from the University of Southern Maine's School of business, a degree focus in Risk Management and Insurance and a minor in Political Science, received the USM Project Management certification and the WCP certification from AMCOMP. Jason is currently working towards attaining his PMI certifications.
Jenny Tisdale graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. With over 25 years of shipbuilding experience, Jenny is currently a principal project manager at Bath Iron Works Corporation for the Planning Yard and Post Delivery Programs. She has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification responsible for facilitating process improvement initiatives. Jenny is also responsible for the project management of multiple contracts including budget allocation, resource planning, performance analysis (earned value management), and subcontractor management and contract compliance.
Jenny has been a PMI member since 2014, earning her PMP certification in 2015.
