Rhonda Brown is a Sr. Business Operations Specialist/Project Manager for Northern Light Health at Beacon Health. Her work focuses on the approaches for applying project management methodologies for both small- and large-scale projects. Her everyday goal is to enable the organization to effectively achieve its healthcare and business objectives through assessment, recommendations, leadership, insight, and vision throughout the project management cycle.
Rhonda holds a BSBA and an MBA from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine, and is a Certified Project Management Professional.
Rhonda has more than 30 years experience in the healthcare industry and has held various positions as a Trainer, Director, Manager of an Internal Medicine Practice, Electronic Medical Records Analyst, Clinical Informatics/Data Analyst and finally as a Sr. Operations Specialist/PMP.
Rhonda lives with her husband and 16-year-old son in Kenduskeag, Maine. She has a 23-year-old daughter who is a nurse at Northern Light Health in Bangor, Maine. In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys gardening and canning, and volunteers facilitating a GriefShare group to support those who have experienced loss.
