Rosanne is a project manager at WISHROCK, an affordable housing developer in Portland, where she is involved in the financing and rehabilitation phases of new projects in the portfolio.
She holds a B.A. in history and French and a Master's in Library and Information Science.
She spent the first part of her career as a librarian, working in progressively more responsible roles in a variety of libraries, including public, business research, and academic libraries.
Her research background, information management experience, and people skills, combined with her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, allowed her to seamlessly transition into a more formal project manager role six years ago.
Rosanne holds a certificate in project management from USM, is a member of PMI, and wants to further her interest and involvement in the profession as a member of the PMI Board by working to build and maintain a community of project managers in Maine who are continually learning and supported in their professional growth.
As a native New Englander, Rosanne was born and raised in Connecticut, moved to Massachusetts after college, and, with her husband and three cats, has settled in Maine, where in her free time she cooks, reads, and explores the scenic coast.
