Adapt Agency, a dynamic international digital agency founded in Denmark in 1998, opened an Americas division in 2019 with only one US-based employee. Every challenge is a puzzle to solve. Tess is responsible for expanding and structuring the Adapt Americas team to better serve our long-term portfolio clients as well as grow our global community. She leads a team of project managers, providing them with the tools and support they need to take big-picture goals and turn them into real-life actions organizations can use to improve their marketing and technology projects. With an eye for spotting details, and an inherent desire to make things better, Tess can be found organizing everything from project roadmaps to baking recipes.
Sophia Inman
Sophia has diverse experience over a nearly 20-year career, which makes her well-rounded in a range of project and program applications. Her entrepreneurial spirit is embedded in her management style, and her working style celebrates diversity, creativity, and innovation. Sophia holds a Master of Science in Project Management and is also a small business owner.
Keisha Card
As a Project Manager, communication and collaboration are not only Keisha’s guiding principles, they’re her favorite aspects of tackling any project. Coming into the tech space from a background in research and healthcare, she loves facilitating the interplay between hard and soft skills. Something magical happens when diverse teams align to conjure creative and innovative solutions that help make the internet a better place for everyone. When her hands aren’t on the keyboard, you’re likely to find her somewhere outside, hopefully hanging out with a dog.
